I have some ECR & ECN that have gone thru most of the workflow, but for what ever reason we need to cancel them. Is there a way to cancel or delete an ECR or ECN once they have been partly worked on?
I would like to get them out of My Inbasket .

Hi.
Probably the steps below would help.
1. View a ECR instance to cancel workflow.
2. Click View/Workflow in the ECR instance appeared window.
-> New window with the workflow process instance appears.
3.
a. Lock the worklow process.
-> Activities of a locked workflow process instance are not displayed in InBasket.
b. Click Cancel Workflow button in the window.
-> The process is promoted to Cancelled state and the activites are not displayed in InBasket.
Now that was just too easy.........
