SOLUTION - QUALITY PLANNING - Can only put one line item in the DFMEA editor

Can someone help me with the FMEA editor?  I can add only the first item.  How do you get the grid to accept item 2 and so on?  Screen shots on this website show multiple items, but even logged in as Administrator it won't accept additional items.

Hi. 

Select a cell and hit Insert (or Shift+Insert) key. The row may not appear after the first hit (if you need such behavior explanation please let me know). Just hit Insert the second time.
