(win 7 + .net 4.5 + VS2012) + Aras = Error ?

Hi thoughtful members,

After upgrading one machine to .net 4.5 and VS2012 it has started giving this message.
I have run the sdns again, with no luck. 

Anyone got an idea to how this is ?

it's the same at my machine.

I have posted it already.

But there is no adequate solution in the answers.
