Hi,

I installed 9.2 on windows 7. It is taking too long to install ActiveX objects to display the  login page. Still it does not open login page once.

Please help me to solve this problem.

Thank You

Vardhan

Hi Vardhan,

There can be a number of things here and we don't really have enough information.

Make sure you are using IE 7 or 8. only.  Version 9.2 does not support IE 9

Make sure you are using the 32bit version of IE.

Have a look at your Proxy detection settings under IE tools. If it is on "automatically detect settings" then disable/uncheck this option and save.

There might be an anti-virus program that is stopping the active X from downloadiing. If you can, turn off the anti-virus just to test this.

Try these and see how you go.

Hope this helps,

Brian.

Hi Brian,

Thank you for providing useful information.  Earlier I was using IE 9 , now I downgraded to IE 8 and  that solved the issue.

Thank You, Vardhan
