SUPPORT Q&A - 9.1 - 9.2 Upgrade problem

Hello all,

I'm running me first upgrade and I'm experimenting the following problem:

When running :

002-BACKUP-DATABASE-COPY.BAT

I get:

"SELF_FOLDER=C:SupportcommandsUPGRAD~1SETUP-~2.CMD..

'BACKUP-DATABASE.BAT' n'est pas reconnu en tant que commande interne

ou externe, un programme exécutable ou un fichier de commandes."

and I can confirm that the file 'BACKUP-DATABASE.BAT' is not in the curent folder : "C:SupportcommandsUpgrade-91-92"

What did I made wrong or missed ?
