ECR Affected Items, Can't do Action: Create Related

Working in a fresh load of ARAS Innovator, I created an ECR and went to attach the Parts and Documents I had created earlier.  I can't take the Action of Create Related.  Why?

OK, found out how to do it.

Create New Relationship

Then Click the View Item, and a window pops up to allow you to search and attach.
