Cannot Create New Process

If I try to create a new ECN, ECR or PR record, on save, the following error is reported:

Exception during ApplyItemException during ApplyItem InnovatorDatabaseException: Invalid object name 'ACTIVITY_TEMPLATE_TRANSITION'. in SQL: SELECT event, controlled_itemtype, related_id FROM [ACTIVITY_TEMPLATE_TRANSITION]
--End snip

It will not allow the creation of the workflow item.
