I had purchased the quick start package and am still having some problems even after the rep. has left. We created a customized reference document under the TOC documents, and created an item type, work flow, but neglected to create a work flow promotion for promoting the document to the next level which was release. I was told to just go in and promote though the TOC Reference Doc's and this did release the document, but it is still in "MY INNOVATOR" In Basket, and I can't remove it. Any suggestions?

Hi.
InBasket displays the workflow activity, not the Document item with a special state. Double-click or RMB and select Update Activity, select a path in the drop-down and click Complete in the appeared pop-up to remove the activity from InBasket. Please, note: another activity may appears in InBasket after this action. It depends on how your Workflow Map is configured. Please, note: you may programmatically Complete the activity during the document item promotion to Release state.
You may also lock the corresponding workflow process to avoid the displaying the activity in InBasket. It will appear again after the unlock.
Of course, the radical way to remove the row from InBasket is to delete the Document item.
