My Inbasket is not loading

Hi All,

I  created a workflow with two activities and activity1 is assigned to 'admin' user. Whenever I am trying to create an instance, it is reflecting in Workflow processes.That is fine.

But whenever I am trying to open  'My Inbasket' item, the brower is unable to load the page and it is giving an error message saying "send error report to microsoft". 

But I can able to see the other ItemTypes.

Can anyone please help me on this?

Venu,

As the first step I would attempt to run the Client Cleaning procedure.  You can find the document on Bill's Workbench following this link (http://www.aras.com/university/TechNotes/Aras%20Innovator%209.0%20-%20Client%20Cleaning%20Procedure.pdf).  This will clear all .dll cache and Internet Explorer cache from your system.

Also what are your environment variables (Aras Innovator Version, Client OS, Server OS, IE Version, etc).

It is working fine now.

I am using Aras Innovator 9.0.1 build 5430. Windows XP, IE6.
