Error during Import of Product Engineering Solution

Hi all,

Unfortunately I can’t import the Product Engineering Solution (I’m using Innovator 9.1.0) with the import tool

Operating System is Windows XP (English)

I found this problematic date in the PLM.xml. When I leave the date empty I'm getting following error (a bit later)
