Installed Innovator and prerequistes w/ not many problems - until I try to login
using the default login, I get a message
"Cannot execute as the database principal because the principal "aras_innovator" does not exist, this type of principal cannot be impersonated or you do not have permission.
Any combination of logins results in the the identical message.
