I've seen a number of proofs of concept for pieces of a CMDB in Aras, but I'm not aware of a full-fledged solution out there. If anyone else knows of one, I'd be interested to hear about it. Aras does have an ITIL solution available, but it is focused on the service desk side of things. I don't see any major roadblocks to creating a CMDB solution -- it should just be a matter of modeling it properly and adapting the CMII-style change processes. Here is a white paper authored by the CMII folks that might provide some insight on that part of it. If anyone else is interested in a CMDB please speak up. There are plenty of opportunities for joint, sponsored or community development for solutions like this.
