Here I go again!!

I was getting errors in the ECN workflow when trying to promote an activity and ended up being we were on a deadline cancelling the workflow for the ECN.  The question I have is there a way to remove this from my Inbasket and show this as released in the ECN directory?  Mark B. had done this while he was down here doing some customizations and fixes, but I did not note how he was able to take these to a released state.  I am trying to get some minor issues resolved so I can request some other help with issues that we are having with Innovator and thought this might be an easy fix.

Should I start singing the blues to try and get an answer to this issue.  There has to be someone who can answer this...being we had an Aras Rep do this when he was down working on our system.  If you have any steps I can take to show these as released when looking in the ECN folder, being whatever state they were in when the workflow was cancelled is what they show up as, which I keep getting questioned on, please let me know.
