SUPPORT Q&A - I can not find InnovatorService.exe

Hi, all;

When I have finished installation after downloaded InnovatorSetup.msi.

I can not find InnovatorService.exe, so that I can't start service in Windows 2003.

I check the documentation Service Instruction.PDF (Download from Aras Web Site), the file might be in CD folder named Schedule.

but I download Installation materials from Aras.com ,so I have no CD.

any body can tell me how can I solve my porblem ?

Hi ccp_cheng, and welcome to the forums.  The Innovator Service is a utility that may be used to periodically perform operations like updating project schedules and running reports.  While useful, it is not required to run Aras Innovator and is available as one of many benefits for customers that are on the Aras Unlimited support subscription.  There are other ways, such as utilizing the Windows Scheduler, to achieve similar capabilities.  If you are interested in learning more about the Aras Unlimited package options you can contact us directly or check out http://www.aras.com/services/aras_unlimited.aspx

My first major problem is   "I have no  4 files showed below ".

InnovatorService.exe

InstallService.bat

UnInstallService.bat

InnovatorServiceConfig.xml

And more, http://www.aras.com/services/aras_unlimited.aspx  is not work!

I don't know who can help me...
