Hi
In a workflow I have assiged an activity to a Group Identity. So It goes in the Inbaket of all the members of that group Identity.
But I could not see the item menu "Claim" when a member of that group wants to claim this work.
So how does the other identities in the group will know if this activity is taken by one of the member of the group?
Appreciate some help on this. Thanks

If you right-click on the Activity Assignment in your InBasket, the pop-up menu should have "Claim" as one of the selections. If you "Claim" the assignment Innovator will remove the assignment from all other group members' InBaskets.
