Two materials with same part nos. creating error.

In BOM, we have material A and B :

Material A has Part Numbers. 001, 002, 003 and

Material B has Part Numbers. 002,. 004, 005 , while saving the above data, it shows an error saying "part with part number 002 generation already exists". 

Kindly provide a solution for this.

Did you sort this out?

It looks like you are trying to add the same part number "002" twice.

When making the BOM maybe you should select/pick existing parts. That way when you re-use the part you know that you are not creating a new one.
