Hi I'm currently evaluating Innovator and after some easy to overcome difficulties with the installation everything works fine. BUT:

Problem: The IE freezes every 5-10 minutes for no apparent reason. The browser does not unfreeze, so I have to restart my IE every 5-10 minutes. Innovator Server and Database seem to be continuing to run fine.

I tried:
-  I cleared the cache and put IE back to factory settings.
- IE-Tabs with Firefox 3.5: instead of opening the login window http:\\example.com\myserver\client just opens a new browser-window.
-  I looked for logs but couldnt find any. Are there ARAS client logs? Windows error reports just tell me, that an when IE hanged itself.
- Of course I restarted IIS/DB-Server.

Any ideas?

Check out the memory allocation as it is running.  If it continues to climb, it will freeze IE at some point, which points to a memory leak issue.

(CTRL ALT DEL).

I had a problem with a previous version pointing to an image that was not there.. .  I have not had the same problem since installing 9.2 however.
