Where is the History template?

I'm trying to create a history template, but following the help instruction, where it says "Navigate to History Templates under the Administration folder in the TOC", I couldn't find the history template.  I'm using version 9.2

Hi Xuansu -

1) Go to TOC --> Administration --> ItemTypes
2) Search for ItemType name: History Template
3) Edit the History Template ItemType.
4) Go to Tab: TOC Access
5) Add Identity "Innovator Admin" and set the Category to "Administration"
6) History Template item will now show up in your TOC --> Administration
