I tried to install multiple instances of Aras Innovator 8.1. It is not happening. Where as I have Aras 8.0 in my system where in I can install multiple instances. I am not facing any problem with 8.0 multiple installations. Any answers?

Try to uninstall Inovator 8.1.Copy Innovator 8.1 installer to your local hard drive.
And run installer from you local hard drive several times.

Please see section 9 "Running Installer Multiple Times" of the Aras Innovator - Installation Guide.
It is important to download the MSI locally to the hard drive, and not delete it when finishing the first installation, if you intend to have multiple installations.
Also, please be sure that your parameters for the Web Alias and the Installation Directory are not the same as any other instance that may already be installed.
