Hi, I was just looking to figure out how to create a workflow that will run a revision approval process every time a part is created. I would like the workflow to release a part after it is approved and increment the revision (similar to the built in ECN). I've managed to figure out how to start a part in a workflow after it is created using the Part ItemType . Unfortunately I cannot figure out the properties (and commands) within the workflow and lifecycle maps that are required to do this. I'm a brand new user to Aras PLM and am currently demoing the software for the company I work for.
Any suggestions, knowledge, or insight is appreciated.Thanks in advance!
