We just installed an out-of-the box version of Innovator to bounce our modified system against. While processing an ECR, a password input was requested. I've never entered a password, so is there a default? If so, what is it?
Thanks,
Paul

The default password for the "Innovator Admin" user is innovator.

Thanks for the info, but it didn't work. Any others? I've tried dozens of combinations of Innovator, ARAS, password, UPPER CASE, lower case, and more...
Thanks,
Paul

Well the password for the admin login is "innovator" by default.
Are you sure you are logged in as that user?
My best suggestion is to change the password of the current test user.
When logged in, you can change your password by selecting Tools-->Change Password from the main menu.

I believe you were having the same issue that Sue was. It just wasn't clear to Chris if you were using Active Directory for authentication. Please see the following thread: aras.comhttp:/.../815.aspx -Bill
