Hello,
I've created and activated a workflow in Aras. I want to send notification mails when an activity gets started/over. I have created a notification mail with valid email address. I've added that mail to the workflow with OnActivate event to all assignees. But I'm not getting mails in my inbox. I guess I'm missing some configuration steps in Aras
Can anyone please guide me how to send mails from Aras??? This is very urgent. Can u pls respond ASAP???

Hi Sherene,
This post http://www.aras.comhttp://www.aras.com/Community/forums/p/150/331.aspx#331 covers a lot on the email notification. The last comment from Peter Schroer is possibly the most use.
The other thing I found is that the sender of the email (Innovator Admin) in default cases needs to have a valid email address or notifications don't work.
Check your users to ensure they have valid emails.
