This is a new installation and I just logged as admin, but when I try to create a new user I got an empty (white) small window and the system crash.
Could you help me to solve this problem?

I have encountered the same issue. I have checked and rechecked that I followed all installation instructions. I have rebooted several times, and uninstalled and reinstalled Innovator. One thing I note is that, although I have .NET 3.5 installed, I do not have the option to select it in IIS.
Bump. I would really like to try Innovator out, but this is completely blocking me. I may be forced to resort to Project...
This looks like a client issues:
1) Confirm you IE settings

2) Clean your IE cache

3) You must be running Aras Innovator 9.1.0 SP5 or higher to use IE8 on the client.

Unfortunately, this did not work for me. I am using IE 8, and did my best to perform actions equivalent to those documented, including clearing the .NET directories. I also rebooted before trying Innovator again.
Aras Innovator 9.1.0 does not support Internet Explorer 8. You must use Aras Innovator 9.1.0 SP5 or higher with IE8.

The installation package I'm using is 9.1.0 Build 5488. If that isn't the latest, how do I get SP5 or SP6?
