SOLUTION - PROGRAM MANAGEMENT - How to do a Custom Project Plan Template ?

Hi,

I am doing a Project Management project.

1. I want two more columns on the Project Plan grid for the Project Template.

2. I want these grid-fields to be linked, as the others to properties on Activity Template. using Projecttree.htm

3. Activity Template property values should be written to Activity2 property values, when a Project is created from the template

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. I have added two blocks of XML to projectGridLayoutXML.

2. I have no idear where to add this link in the projecttree.htm

3. This I have not been looked at.

4. I have created corresponding properties on Activity2 and published them on the Project, Project Plan grid using preferrences on the TOC

So I would very much appreciate Help on doing a link from Template grid fields to Activity Template properties

and How to do the OnCreateNewProject method that shall use the template to create a new Project

If maby you have a better way of doing this I would also like to discuss this
