I want add a new activity called "ECN Cancellation" in ECN workflow. If user is voted for this activity all the changes made to affected item (During ECN) should be discarded.
How should I write method for this

Personally I think you should look that internal process that allowed the ECN to get to this stage before you realised that you didn't want to do the work. The ECN is about planning and implementing the work. The ECR is about figuring out a solution. At the end of the ECR you should have an approved solution that you plan to implement with the ECN. So you only commit to the ECN when you know that you want to do the work that you proposed and approved in the ECR.
Depending on where you are up to in the ECN workflow (before or after the Update Documents Activity) it is either no work at all (before) or potentially very difficult (after) to undo the work.
It would be better in the, hopefully, rare cases when you decide that you don't want to process the ECN to just go through the entire ECN but not actually make any changes to the Parts or Documents. Yes their revision will increase but you will be able to see that nothing changed.
If you do want to undo the changes you will have to delete the newest revisions of all the changed items and then promote the previous items back to the lifecyle state that they were in before the change. To do this you will probably have to introduce new lifecycle transition paths and be very careful to ensure that you have undone all of the more or less automatic actions involved in the ECN process.
To figure out what has been done you need to look at the methods called in the lifecycle transitions of the ECN workflow (Affected Item Handling and Affected Item Promotion and maybe another one or two).
