Welcome to the new ARAS Training & Education Forum!  My name is Enrico Ciarma, and I'm very excited about being a part of the ARAS team.  As Training & Education Manager, my job is to make sure that you in the corporate community (customers, partners and ARAS staff), have world-class educational resources available for continuous learning.

In my 15 years of experience as a Developer, Technical Trainer and Manager, I've always believed that the success of any software solution implementation is inevitably tied to the quality and effectiveness of the training that system users receive.  Whether delivered via traditional classroom instructor-led methods, e-Learning, or other formats, the most important thing that any participant can gain from an effective learning experience, is the necessary knowledge and confidence to get their job done quickly and easily.  My commitment to you is making sure that we continue to enhance and expand our course offerings in order to meet your educational needs and exceed your expectations.
