SUPPORT Q&A - which document in the "innovatorClientcbin" folder ?I want to know whether the file is missing

I   installed Innovator on a clean Windows XPSp3 computer with IIS 6.0 and SQL Server 2005.  However, when I try to log in, I get a weird looking screen without the Login or Cancel labels.  Additionally, I can not log on at all.

I checked every place,at last I suspect this is beacuse File missing,so i want to know which document in the "innovatorClientcbin" folder?

Any help well be welcome

1) Windows XP comes with IIS 5, not IIS 6.  So I'm not sure if the problem is related.

2) Please try installing the latest version of MSXML4 SP3 available from Microsoft

I checked IIS,It's IIS5.1, and installed XSXML4 SP3 from the address  which you give me.

now It's the same as before.

Below is  error messages:

first  error message:

  line:6074

error:Invalid procedure call or parameters

code:0

url:  localhost/.../Innovator.aspx

second error message:

line:2671

char: 3

error:"this.IomInnovator" is null or not an object.

code:0

url:  localhost/.../Innovator.aspx

1) Check your Internet Explorer settings again the documentation
