The biggest issue that I am facing is working out the comparative costs of Innovator, assuming a full Support Agreement expected to be maintained in an ongoing manner, against the "Traditional" licenced PLM systems that Innovator competes with.
I would love to have market research data showing purchase, licence and maintanence costs over say five (5) years against a couple (at least) of well known competitors. This would give you a foot in the door with the Finance people who don't really care about the technical aspects of the system. If by coming to the Aras site we could download reasonable data showing the TCO being "substantially" lower than competitors it may save the time and effort of comparing solutions for the prospective customer.
One big plus I see with Innovator is the flexibility to define new data structures. This should be pushed wherever possible to demonstrate that it is not a "canned" solution which requires consultant input every time you need to do something new.
