Re.: Revision levels are automatically indexed
I have created a custom revisions definition, i.e. 01 - 99. However, when cycling through the released states, the document is not incrementing to 02.
Are there any other properties/methods to be defined to make this work?

figured it out ...
The increment does only occur when a released item is modified and saved again, which puts it back into 'preliminary' state automatically. Thus, this only works if the released item is lockable.
I.e. there is no need for a loop back in the life cycle that allows editing of an item. Actually it is not desireable, as the revision does not increment once the item is taken out of 'released' state.
