Inspection results recording for finished goods, in-process, incoming with defect tracking codes are forms that can be configured as needed to support Masco’s needs depending on product inspection parameters, etc.
Corrective Action Reporting (CAR) and follow up (both supplier and client/divisions)
Corrective & preventive actions / CAPA for both internal CARs and SCARs are available and can be configured to support specific processes used (i.e. 5 phase, 8D, etc).
Supplier quality and social accountability performance reporting capabilities
Aras Innovator includes reporting capabilities through Microsoft Reporting Services and Excel so reports are set-up to support specific formats and draw on any data either in the Aras Innovator system or combined from other sources for both supplier quality and social accountability performance.
The quality capability report should include inspection and audit rating as a whole as well as by supplier or for division
Reporting capabilities support these specific reporting requirements.
APQP
Advanced product quality planning is managed by the Aras Innovator solution with product templates to address the standard APQP requirements as well as any company specific requirements.
All of these systems should be web based so that divisions, remote inspectors, suppliers, etc... can access them with the appropriate restrictions (suppliers can only see their data for example.)
Aras Innovator solution is entirely web browser-based and includes robust security permissions for ‘need to know’ data visibility (i.e. suppliers can only see information relevant to them).
