The supplier shall provide technical support during and after implementation for stabilization, project management support and training of end users.
Meets requirement. Aras Corp. provides full turn-key implementation consulting on a project basis, and enterprise class support through annual subscriptions. Unlike with other PLM companies, these implementation and support services are optional. Customers are free to use internal or 3rd party resources for implementation, and the annual support subscriptions are optional. If the company requires a full turn-key implementation and support package, this can be quoted after the completion of a Discovery Session detailed in the RFP.
