Hello Abhishek Sir,
yes you can move from the version 9.1 to 9.3 easily use Database Upgrade Item type.
you find Database Upgrade Item type in Administrative TOC View.
It helps you.

The schema of 9.3 is different to the schema for 9.1

The upgrade process is not included in the database itself so going to the "Database Upgrade" item type under Administration is not going to help you do an upgrade.

An upgrade from one version to another requires certain scripts to be run against the database schema after it is extracted from the database (so the schema as XML) and also for a comparison between the current schema and the new schema to work out what bits of each to keep.

This process is done by Aras on a paid consulting basis or as part of a Premium Subscription.

It is not trivial to upgrade between database versions especially if you have significant customisations and is something you should talk to the Aras Partner in your region about.

Hope this helps,

Brian.
