Aras names Gregory Rasin as Vice President of Engineering


20 Year Enterprise Software Veteran Chosen for Track Record of Success

LAWRENCE, MASS. – June 24, 2005 – Aras Corporation, a premier provider of enterprise product development software solutions for performance driven manufacturers, today announced the appointment of Gregory Rasin as vice president of engineering. Rasin will lead the development organization and oversee the continuing technical advancement of the company’s Aras Innovator™ application framework.


With over 20 years of experience in enterprise software Gregory Rasin brings extensive expertise in all aspects of managing software product development. Throughout his career, Rasin has demonstrated a results-oriented approach to delivering quality products on time and under budget. His track record of success is derived from his ability to build and lead cohesive technical organizations and his understanding of advanced technology architectures.


Most recently he was vice president of engineering for NetView Technologies, a provider of Web-based enterprise business process management software. Previously, Rasin directed development of Pro/INTRALINK® for PTC and led the re-architecting of Computervision’s flagship product.
