Packaged Programs

Discovery Workshop - The 5-day facilitated Discovery Workshop provides your organization with a thorough understanding of what it takes to move forward with a PLM initiative. The 3 day on-site / 2 day off-site session includes a deep dive into your processes, discussions with key stakeholders, gap analysis and a review of your systems architecture. At the end of the Discovery Session you will have a plan in-hand to guide you through the deployment and implementation of an automated PLM solution.

Upgrade Service (included in Aras Premier Subscriptions) - Stay up to date and make sure you’re taking full advantage of all that Aras has to offer. Our comprehensive Upgrade Service uses a proven methodology to bring your entire Aras implementation up to speed on the latest Aras release quickly. Most upgrades are completed in less than 30 days, regardless of the level of customization involved.

Custom Services

Aras’s highly flexible enterprise open source architecture enables us to bring a unique approach to our consulting engagements. Based on the Rational Unified Process (RUP), our Prototype and Iterate methodology gets you up and running fast with a system that meets your specific requirements. Instead of wasting your time and money on drawn out design and specification processes, you and your users see and touch your actual environment sooner and your feedback is incorporated easily, early and often. Implementation time is shorter and user adoption rates are much higher because users are familiar with the system prior to roll out.
