In my case the thumbnail property was linking to a invalid image. The grid stopped to update when reaching the corrupted part and/or didn´t show the parts at all.

RE: Itemtype Data Problem

In order to troubleshoot this, you will need to verify permissions for the items you added via the import/export tool. In particular,

Does the permission_id property match between records you imported and records you manually added? An AML query might be the easiest way to verify this.

If so, are permissions based on specific fields which may have different values such as created_by_id, owned_by_id, managed_by_id, or team_id?

Are you using MAC policies based on attributes which are different between the records?
