Hi Christopher,

I am getting the same issue, but if i try to login from cad connector or .net than it works,

what should be the issue??

I am having the same issue. I've checked these settings and they appear to be correct. is there any thing else that i could be missing?

Hello,

Could you open up the installation path of Aras Innovator on your server and check the InnovatorServerConfig.xml at the root of the install path? This file should contain at least one <DB-Connection/> tag near the bottom of the file. Can you confirm that the database name specified in the database attribute of this tag corresponds with the name of a database on your SQL Server?
