Aras V12SP9 Error

Hi,

My Aras open instance has suddenly stopped working with this error:

After the error is dismissed the screen seems frozen and only way to quit is to close the browser.  It seems like a database issue because a different database on the same server works just fine.  Also, I migrated the problem database to a different computer and it suffers from the same issue.

Any pointer from Aras experts out there is highly appreciated.

  • The error occurs immediately upon logging in. It takes four clicks to dismiss the error message windows, each click making the background brighter. After resolving the error, the Navigation button appears grayed out (refer to the attached picture), rendering the user interface nonfunctional, including the user menu. The only solution is to terminate the browser window. It appears that this error arises while Aras is partially rendering the main UI. Although the message attributes it to a client-side error, it's unrelated to a corrupted code tree; instead, it seems to be specific to this particular database.
