Hello everyone, we are new Aras Innovator. We have set up the Aras community version successfully.
I log in with "root" user, but I found that there are no Project and Program menus. Please attached picture.
Do anyone know the reason?

To utilize Aras Program Management, you'll have to install it as an add-on via Aras Update, which can be installed here: https://aras.com/en/support/downloads
Once you've installed it the Program Management component can be installed via the app, along with any of our other non-subscriber applications:
Hi AJ, we have done the updates successfully as your instruction. Please see attached picture the latest version we are using. However, I still not see the Program and Project menus in Portfolio folder. I have check the ItemTypes, there is no Program or Project items in the list. Could you please advise us more?

From that screenshot it looks like you've installed Aras update locally to your PC. Aras Update is a tool which you can use to load pre-defined packages that are supplied by Aras. Now you can open Aras Update as administrator and you should see the following screen:
From there you should be able to install the correct version of Aras Program Management (release 2024), and install it to your Innovator instance. Then you should see the new ItemTypes when you're logged in as Root.
