Sorry for the delayed response.

Try selecting Remove with Warning and export the package. Select Don&#39;t Remove and export another package. Compare the results of the two separate packages. The package where the references were not removed will likely have items in it that the package where references were removed does not have. Check that these items exist in the instance of Innovator you will be importing into. If the items do already exist, using the package where references were removed, there should be no errors during import. However, if the items do not exist in the Innovator instance you are importing into, these items will have to be added to your package.

We suggest using the Remove with Warning option and and using the above process to make sure the package is complete.

The Aras PLM identity that you are concerned with should already exist in the Innovator instance you are importing into so there should be no issues upon importing, but let me know if there are.

Hope this helps,

In export options, I didn&#39;t check &quot;Export Referenced Items&quot;.

For &quot;References to Unknown Packages&quot; I choose &quot;Remove with Warning&quot;, and &quot;Level&quot; is &quot;1&quot;.

Thanks for your reply.<div style="clear:both;"></div>

RE: Unknown reference in package

Hi Frederic,

What settings have you selected in the utility to export your package?

Thanks,
