If you look at the iq Mold Acceptance item you will see that the iq Mold Application property actually is iq_mold_application and the label is iq Mold Application. In the parameters can you try 'ITName='+itemTypeName+'&itemID='+itemID+'&reverseITName=iq Mold Acceptance&reversePropertyName=iq_mold_application' rather than 'ITName='+itemTypeName+'&itemID='+itemID+'&reverseITName=iq Mold Acceptance&reversePropertyName=iq Mold application'?

FORGET #10024 and #10027 <hr /> the final ERROR is " Invalid reverse property name or data source ". I follow debugger step by step. (ReverseItemsGrid_toolbar.xml about 305 line) this code :


if(!reversegrid.CheckQueryParameter(currItemType.node)) {
return;
}

I don't know what's wrong with the function "CheckQueryParameter". I upload the currentItemType.node.outerHTML content. www.dropbox.com/.../currItemType.node.outerHTML.xml any suggestions ??? thank you.

We do not have a video or tutorial documents on the Reverse Items Grid. However, you can look at the Manufacturer Part Part relationship as an example. Use reversePropertyName as a parameter rather than reverseRelationshipName. If you are still having trouble after following Manufacturer Part Part as an example please describe in detail, including screen shots, the steps you are taking so that we can assist you further. The Reverse Items Grid should work for any item types that you specify. Are you still having trouble getting it to load for your custom Project and Customer item type?

Thank you sir. I am happy to got your response. thank you very much . yes , I made my own custom item types. I didn't use the same item types from the blog. project and customer are my example. in fact, I have my own itemtypes. is this html page only works on project and customer itemtype ?

I have tested this using an item type with spaces in its name. In my case I had no issues loading the Reverse Items Grid. However, you could try replacing your spaces with %20. Are you using the same item types from the blog? Or have you created a new item type called Projects and Customers?
