If you have enabled windows authentication and you are trying to sign in as a windows authenticated user, you can skip the login screen by using the &amp;#39;bypass_logon_form&amp;#39; parameter (localhost/.../default.aspx.

However, it does not appear to be possible to skip the login screen with the username and password if the user is not windows authenticated.
