You have to add your PolyItem to qry_QueryItem and link it in qry_QueryReference.

There is some sample included that you can import, to see how it work.

Thanks for this information. I unhide the tabs. So far, my guess would be to add a second Context Item Type. I imagine that I would have to create a second Reference Child Item to do that. Any insight would be great. Thank you.

In your version PolyItems are not supported yet. But you can hack them into the query! I remember that I did it successfully in the past. In your Query definition you have to unhide some of the relationship tabs. Than you can manipulate the query directly.
