I have an Identity called sm_TODO that has the users in it. I have added the Identity to the Can Add section of the ECN. Have you ticket the can_add checkbox?<br />2. Users always have to restart Innovator in order to see these kind of updates.&nbsp;<br />3. Edit and Save your itemtype again<br />4. Does the user have Permission to do anything with your ECN? (should not affect can_add, but naturally they should also have permission)<br /><br /></p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
