We may have an in-house developer for this and I am very interested in this role.
I know basics of JavaScript, made a few websites using React, HTML, and CSS.
I was wondering

RE: What courses to do to become Aras developer?

This is great!
happy new year and welcome to the forum community! The last answer was unfortunately posted by an AI spam bot that tries to trick you. But the tips weren´t wrong at all.

The configuring solution and the development courses are perfect to learn how to work with Innovator. Start with the configuring course!

If you have experience with JS, CSS and HTML than that is a big plus! The two courses are great to get an overview, but if you really want to get the most out of the software you need to code. For server side programming also some basic knowledge of C# and SQL are helpful.

Especially in the beginning Innovator is confusing and you will definitely make accidental mistakes. So do you first tests in a test database.
As soon as you start implementing own customizations into your Innovator, write testcases and document how your features are supposed to work. This will become very helpful as soon as you want to update your Innovator.

Also take a look at the ArasLabs Github pages which are great to ffind various sample projects you might need. And of course watch this forum :D
