Hi Henry,
If you want to change data inside Aras, I think it's normal to use the Aras Scheduler Service.
If you don't need to change internal data and just want to extract data periodically, you could use the Power BI Service to get information from the SQL Server running behind Aras.
It's not easy, though, as you need to understand the table structure on SQL Server.

Thanks for this reply. Unfortunately we do not have a subsciption and so we cannot access the Aras Scheduler Service. Obtaining a subscription is also not an option. Any other methods to achieve this?
