Hi Venkatsai,

You should be able to add the team identity to the permission, which would allow grant the permissions to the whole team.

I appreciate if you can explain how to make the items visible not only to the creator but also visible to his/her team. For example, No other user/ team have to get the item 'A' of an ItemType 'part' data except the creator and his/her team 'A'.

To expand on alibasha's answer, you can edit the permissions for whichever ItemType you want to restrict. The below configuration should allow only the creator of the ECN to see it, as well as administrators.

You could either create a new permission or edit the existing permission, and attach it to the ItemType.

Based Permission we have restrict the itme of Item Type,those are Can Discovery,get,Delete,update
