I could be able to hide 'Pos', 'Lck' and 'Class Path' column in that screen.

Would you help how to show 'Description' of Item Class?

This is the old community project for classification where the grid is defined in an xml-file located in "Client\Solutions\ItemCharacteristicsAndClassification\xml\ItemClassTreeDialog.xml". Just remove the "tgc_View ColumnDef" nodes you dont want.
