It&#39;s possible that the client machine is defaulting to the MS Edge browser instead of using IE. Do you still experience the error if you open up a new IE window and manually enter your Aras url? If you are having trouble logging into Aras with Internet Explorer you can give Firefox 38 ESR a try: <a href="https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/38.8.0esr/">ftp.mozilla.org/.../</a> Note: Aras 11.0 SP5 does not support Chrome as a browser.
