Here it (https://www.aras.com/projects/project-view.aspx?id=DD32FF42D8B14CB28CD4732AAF2F5349) is for Aras 11.0 SP5. And i am using Aras 11.0 SP9. is it work in Aras 11.0 SP9?

you select an itemtype, you go in Tools --> admin --> add to package definition Then you need to download our free tool "Package import export utility" on our website.

if you packaged it before, then yes you get back to the former state. But itemtypes are not versionnable, so via the interface you can't get back to a former state of your itemtype.
