So firstly the Admin should 'connect' one of the identities with a member? (for example Change Specialist II with a person)

Not an admin, look at the workflow process and select the active activity, you will see to whom the assignment is given.

Thank you for your answer, in order to complete this process (ECN or ECO) I need to be the administrator? Because when I 'Submit ECN' I don't have it in ' My InBasket'.

Hi Maria, Once the document is created and still in the draft mode, you need then to create an ECN to release it using CMII change management standards. If you go in help-> just ask innovator You will access the help document In the menu select : Product Engineering -> CMII Change Management -> The ECN You can also look at the simplified change management Hope this helps !
