Once the document is created and still in the draft mode, you need then to create an ECN to release it using CMII change management standards.

If you go in help-&amp;gt; just ask innovator

You will access the help document

In the menu select : Product Engineering -&amp;gt; CMII Change Management -&amp;gt; The ECN

You can also look at the simplified change management
